This website is the showcase of O&Z (“Ones & Zeros”), a game studio based in Georgia. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

The site presents our games as small interactive worlds and links to a playable demonstration of each game. The demonstrations open on their own addresses.

The games linked from this site are demonstrations. They are played with demo credits that have no value. Nothing is deposited, staked or paid out in real money, and nothing won in a demonstration can be exchanged for money, goods or services.

The site and the demonstrations are not a gambling service and do not offer one.

The games simulate games of chance. The site and the demonstrations are meant for people aged 18 or over, or of the age of majority where they live if that is higher.

The games, their names and logos, artwork, animation, sound and code, and the design and content of this site are the property of O&Z and are protected by copyright.

You may view the site and play the demonstrations for your own personal, non-commercial use. No part of them may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified or used to make other works without our prior written permission.

Open-source software and typefaces used by the site remain under their own licences.

To license or operate one of the games, get in touch.

Do not use the site or the demonstrations in a way that breaks the law, harms other people, or tries to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to them.

The site and the demonstrations are provided as they are. They may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time, and any figures shown (multipliers, odds, returns) describe the demonstrations and may change.

As far as the law allows, O&Z is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site or the demonstrations.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. Like any website it is served by a hosting provider, which keeps ordinary server logs (such as the IP address and the time of a request).

A demonstration may keep your demo balance and settings in your own browser so that they are still there on your next visit. If you write to us, we use your message and your contact details only to answer you.

WhatsApp, Telegram, your email provider and the services that host the site and the demonstrations are run by other companies, under their own terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed; using the site after that means you accept them as they then stand.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute about the site, the demonstrations or these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
